Introducing UK Invests for Employees, a one-of-a-kind program that rewards eligible* University of Kentucky faculty and staff for investing in themselves.

When you complete activities that help build your financial habits, support your well-being and enhance your career skills, you’ll earn money. It’s that easy. Through UK Invests, you can:

Earn up to $300 per semester ($600 per fiscal year) *

Build skills in saving, spending and investing

Strengthen your well-being and career growth

UK Invests for Employees will launch as a Phase 1 with a select group of full-time employees in Spring 2026, with rollouts to additional full-time UK employees planned later in 2026.

How to Sign Up

Eligible employees will receive an email invitation and instructions on how to sign up at their UKY email address.

*Note: The first 500 eligible employees to sign up will be able to participate during the Spring 2026 semester.
