UK Invests Program FAQs

What is UK Invests for Employees?

UK Invests is a financial wellness program designed to help employees build a foundation of financial literacy, allowing them to achieve greater financial security and enhance well-being. UK employees will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of financial wellness, practice financial investing and receive monetary rewards.

Is this program available to all UK employees?

UK Invests for Employees launched its first phase in Spring 2026. In Fall 2026, the program expanded to a select group of full-time employees.

While expanding UK Invests for Employees, we are still implementing the benefit in phases, making sure to include a cross section of campus and UK HealthCare areas, using a data-driven approach to maximize available resources in alignment with institutional priorities.
