After employees participating in the first phase of UK Invests for Employees successfully open a brokerage account specifically linked to the program, UK will deposit money into that brokerage account in exchange for you taking courses to enhance your professional and financial literacy skills.

UK wants to help you be successful and develop lifelong financial skills to become more financially independent. We’re rewarding you with deposits into your UK Invests brokerage account when you complete courses through myUK Learning and Enrich and build healthier habits.
