After employees participating in the first phase of UK Invests for Employees successfully open a brokerage account specifically linked to the program, UK will deposit money into that brokerage account in exchange for you taking courses to enhance your professional and financial literacy skills.

Financial Literacy

(up to $100 per semester)

Watch online videos that teach you money basics such as budgeting, banking and investing. The videos are available inside your UK Invests Canvas platform.
Attend in-person financial seminars offered by UK Invests (worth $40/session; max one session per semester)

Professional Development

(up to $100 per semester)

Complete online courses through myUK Learning provided by HR Training and Development
Attend in-person or virtual live training courses offered by HR Training and Development to learn skills you can apply in your workplace (worth $40/session)
